About David
David is one of the most amazingly talented writers that I have ever read. I’m not going to write to much about him, because all the information you need to know about him can be found in his personal story. He is very inspirational and should be a role model to us all to "Slow Down Fast"! The last thing that I would like to share about him is a quote from his about page.
Slowing down fast means pulling up the e-brake on a life that’s veering out of control, or darned close to it. It begins with acknowledging to yourself that I’m going through the motions on autopilot, and I don’t like how this feels.

About Chris
I guess I meet Chris a little over a year ago at work and have discovered that he is one of the most "like minded" individuals that I have ever met. He got me into blogging and really helped me change my out look on life. I was right on the edge of realizing the power from with in that we all have, but he pushed me over the edge and made me dive in. He is a skilled individual that can do pretty much anything that he sets his mind too. He is extremely busy and runs two blogs. The first being Soupornuts and the second, his business (The Rotater) blog, Shoulder Performance and Rehab. He really keeps me inspired and focused. Be sure to check out his skills on either one of his blogs and the amazing Rotater!
